Aurora Glass

Privacy

What we do with your information.

Last updated 7 August 2026

Aurora Glassworks is a one-person glass studio in Belleville, Ontario, Canada. This page describes, plainly and completely, what happens to any information you send us through this website. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and ask.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, the option you pick under “What are you looking for?”, and the message you write. Nothing else.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no session recording. We do not build a profile of you, and nothing is stored in your browser.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you submit the form, your message is sent to Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which then emails it to [email protected] — a Gmail account operated by Google. Both companies therefore handle your message in the course of delivering it to us. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Typefaces

The lettering on this site is loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser fetches those font files directly from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and standard request information when a page loads. We do not receive that data and we cannot see it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email inbox for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. If you would like yours deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Who else sees it

Nobody beyond the two service providers named above. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Your rights under Canadian law

Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to have it deleted. Email [email protected] and we will respond.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes to this page

If how we handle your information changes, we will update this page and change the date above.
